Wie lange dauert die Bereitstellung meines Dedizierten Servers?

Die Bereitstellung unserer Dedizierten Server geschieht binnen 5 Minuten, sofern diese als Lagernd gekennzeichnet sind. Sonstige verfügbare Dedizierte Server werden von uns in der Regel in 1 bis 5 Werktagen aufgebaut. Kontaktiere uns noch heute mit deiner Bestellung!

Kann ich auf dem Dedizierten selber virtualisieren?

Ja, das ist bei unseren Modellen ohne Probleme möglich. Wir bieten sogar das Proxmox VE Betriebssystem für unseren Auto Installer an.

Baut und betreibt ihr die Server selbst?

Ja, wir betreiben eigene Rackfläche im Interwerk Rechenzentrum und bauen alle unsere Server selbst. Wir haben uns explizit gegen Reselling von anderen Anbietern entschieden um die Qualität unserer Server zu steigern.

Steht mir ein Webinterface zur Verfügung?

Selbstverständlich. Hier können u.a. Starts, Stops, Neustarts durchgeführt werden, IPMI Zugänge abgefragt und Sensordaten sowie eine Temperaturhistorie eingesehen werden.
Auch kann mit wenigen Mausklicks ein neues Betriebssystem installiert werden.

Welche Vertragsmodell gibt es?

Bei ConnectronX haben sie zwei Möglichkeiten ein Produkt zu Mieten einmal als Prepaid oder als Vertrag dies können sie bei der Bestellung Wählen.

Wo finde ich meine Rechnungen?

Sie finden ihre Rechnungen im Account Dashboard unter dem Menü Punkt: Account -> Deine Rechnungen.

Wie kann ich bezahlen?

Wir bieten als Bezahlungsmethoden PayPal, Paysafecard, Sofort Überweisung und Stripe Payment sowie Lastschrift über GoCardLess. Wenn du magst, kannst du auch per Banküberweisung bezahlen. Bis das Guthaben automatisch gutgeschrieben wird, kann es jedoch aufgrund Bearbeitungsvorgänge bei der Bank bis zu 2 Tage dauern.
Alle anderen Zahlungsmethoden werden nach Zahlungseingang binnen weniger Sekunden auf dein Konto gutgeschrieben!

Wie sind die Kündigungsfristen?

Prepaid Bei Prepaid Produkten ist eine Kündigung nicht nötig da diese Produkte nur so lang laufen wie sie gebucht haben.


Vertrag Bei Vertrags Produkten ist eine Kündigung je nach Vertragslaufzeit möglich "Online".

Die Kündigung muss spätestens 1 Monat vor dem aktuellen Laufzeitende des Vertrages vorliegen.
Beispiel: Ist das Vertragslaufzeitende der 28.07.2019, muss die Kündigung spätestens am 28.06.2019 bei der ConnectronX eingegangen sein.
